We process and ship orders every day of the week except for Saturdays (no mail on Sundays), and on United States national holidays, where there is no mail service.

Order processing cut-off time is 10 pm EST - orders that we receive after this will not be packaged up and sent out until the next business day.

To ensure that you receive your packages before Christmas Day (December 25, 2021), please keep the following cut-off dates in mind:

USPS First Class Packages: Must be ordered and shipped by December 17th.

Refunds and Returns

We have a 30-day refund and return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. This only applies to physical products sold in our shop, and not services. See Exceptions below.

To be eligible for a refund or return, items must be unused and unmodified. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start either a refund or return, you can contact us at fivecornersco@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to the address we have on file, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Darko Services offered cannot be returned or refunded, and all sales of services are final.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
